Paul Cain

Paul Cain is a lifelong resident of South Carolina and the managing attorney of Cain Law Firm LLC in Seneca, SC. Since 2011, Paul has helped individuals and businesses throughout Oconee County and the Upstate resolve legal matters with a common-sense, value-based approach. Paul believes that when a legal matter concludes, the client should be in a better position than when they started.

In addition to practicing law, Paul is an entrepreneur and community leader. He served eight years on Oconee County Council (2014–2022), including as Chair and multiple terms as Vice Chair, and went on to serve as President of the South Carolina Association of Counties (2021–2022). In 2017, Paul helped found Magnetic South Brewery, an Upstate South Carolina craft brewery, which opened its Anderson, SC location in 2021.

Paul is married to Dr. Amy Anderson, and together they have two children. In their spare time, Paul and Amy enjoy cooking and spending time with family, friends, and their dogs, Pepper and Nutmeg.
